AQUA collections calls

Does anyone know if aqua collections will call you on the weekend or bank holidays?
They have rejected my dmp offer through step change as they can't agree untill 9th May once the card has not been used for three months.
I have written to them twice asking for all communication to be in writing only, have spoken to them on the phone in between letters to explain and arranged to pay a token payment and I thought they agreed to hold the account untill the dmp payment would be reissued.
The card is my husband's who works long shifts but they are calling ten times a day and its harrassing me and my son. All over one missed payment of £50!
I also have a card with them, have heard nothing and received no calls so I'm assuming they have accepted the plan on my card.
I expect them to receiver complaint letter I wrote today soon which will hopefully help but in the meantime, what are my next steps and am I likely to be harrassed all weekend?

Unlikely. Why waste time speaking to them? Just hang up. They will give up.0
