Anyone know when my first mortgage payment will come out?
Eg. Exchange date 21st may and completion date 14th June. Preferred direct debit date 20th every month.

Completion on 14 June means first payment will be normal monthly payment, plus interest from 14 June to 30 June, around end of June with first regular payment on 20 July.I am a mortgage broker.
