Water tower stopped new mortgage?

    Is it clear or brown water? Is the tower more than 40ft above sea level?

    It's clean water, as for height, not 100%. We're near Norwich, Norfolk. Not sure much of Norfolk is 40ft above sea level??

    As for current lender. They have only offered a variable rate with a higher rate than what we can get by shopping about so far but I have yet to reach the date they said we could ask for deals with them as our current deal only finishes at the end of June. I want to know what we can do before that date if possible as I want to organise builders etc.
