Hi all,

Don't pay any council car park fees at Poole, Dorset.

Instead just use the staff car park at Barclays House, Poole, Dorset. It is situated near to the Poole train station on Serpentines Road and you can always see B/House as it is the tall 8th storey building in the middle of Poole; next to the Arndale shopping centre.

It is totally un-monitorred from 1000hrs onwards. The barriers close around 1900hrs but you can stll exit by using the visitors exit barrier (Just follow the signs as you exit the car park and you will be fine).

A friend advised me of the above last year before the family summer holiday and we used it; especially for the Thursday evening firework display on the quay at 2200hrs !

Thanks Barclays for a change !

Today (5/5/13).....Just remembered...If you spend over £5 at Sainsburys in the Arndale Centre, Poole, you can get an 80 pence profit.

Park at B/House (if 1 hr or more. If less than 1 hours, park directly at Sainsburys), get a ticket at Sainsburys, buy a 1 hour ticket, spend over £5 at Sainsburys, get £1.60 off your shoppiing bill; so make a £0.80 profit. !)

It pays to shop ! Thanks to the 'Go To' Bank :rotfl:;):rotfl: parking ! and Sainsbury & Poole Council.

You are going to have a very long walk from the car park in Dorset to the shops in London. :rotfl:
