They did mention passing my debt to debt collection if i will not repay within two months. I think its really unfair.
Overdrafts are normally repayable on demand, so 2 months is more than they had to give you.
If they do pass it to a debt collector then once they start hassling you write to them telling them you want all communication in writing and then pay back as quickly as you can.0 -
How will this be reflected on mu credit report etc.? Will this show as settled if i will manage to organise full amount and repay within agreed term?0

It very much depends on the original terms you had with the provider.
2 months sounds pretty harsh if you had arrangements for, e.g., 6.
