    Overdrafts are normally repayable on demand, so 2 months is more than they had to give you.

    If they do pass it to a debt collector then once they start hassling you write to them telling them you want all communication in writing and then pay back as quickly as you can.

    How will this be reflected on mu credit report etc.? Will this show as settled if i will manage to organise full amount and repay within agreed term?

    Do you have a proper bank account with these people - one that your income goes into?

    No i do not. I bank with lloyds. I was looking for a loan in the past and frodo came up the best on the research and i got it.

    It very much depends on the original terms you had with the provider.

    2 months sounds pretty harsh if you had arrangements for, e.g., 6.

    Can you confirm what the terms were?
    Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.

    Yes - your credit report will be a true account of what you ave paid and when.
