They do seem to ship to the Uk but US sizes differ to the Uk. Do you know what size UK7 is in the USA?

Could you get a pair dyed that colour?

Can a wedding shop or independent shoe shop import them for you?

According to a conversion chart I just found a UK 7 is a US 9.5 if that helps!?

I buy american shoes sometimes, and as a size 7 i'm a W9. It has to have the W though as I think they have different sizing charts so if you get just a 9 it won't be right.
