ive just found a bottle of contact lense solution, it says the ingreadients are: A sterile, buffered 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with intergral cleaning agent.
would this be safe to use to whiten my teeth as mentioned in a previous post?

Hi angelax,
I haven't seen the previous post you mention but I think it would be better to ask your dentist for advice on tooth whitening rather than use something not intended for the purpose.
As we aren't allowed to ask for medical/dental etc advice on this forum, I'm afraid I'm going to have to close this thread. Please see here for more details.
