Incorrect P60

Hi,
I wonder if anyone knows anything about P60's as I received mine from work yesterday and it's incorrect. It's a little confusing as I had 2 jobs last year & at one point claimed Jobseekers. These were the dates for each:
March 2012-January 2013 - Main job
November 2012-January 2013 - Temp Xmas job (alongside main job)
Jobseekers January-February (5 weeks total)
February -present - returned to the same main job as last year (as only seasonal).
When I went back to my main job in Feb I gave them the P45 I received from themselves in January as it currently was the only one I had. A couple of weeks later I then received another one for Jobseekers which I also handed in and explained was my second one. For my Xmas Temp job I never received a P45 (I moved and they must have sent it to the incorrect address.)
On my P60 they're showing I only earned around £980 for the last tax year, however, that's the amount that I got paid on 25th March this year. So they haven't included any of my pay from themselves for last year up until Jan, and it doesn't include any of my wages from my 2nd job/Jobseekers. I contacted Payroll today who told me that because my P45 was over 6 weeks old when I gave it to them in February, none of the earnings from that would show. Nor would any Jobseekers as that apparently never shows on a P60.
I asked how this would affect me claiming any rebate as I'm sure I'm due some. They said I would just have to send off my P45's and P60 to the tax office to claim any back.
Firstly, is this right that the P60 has missed off basically all my earnings from the last year? And secondly, is sending everything off the right procedure?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Since your return to your main job is, in effect, a new contract then I believe they are right to give you a P60 for 'this employment'. That won't show any other income, either. As far as I am aware a P60 is only supplied by the employer who employed you at the end of the tax year and will cover what they have paid you (plus any inservice benefits such as SSP and SMP) The two P45s you have had, plus the missing P45, would have all the other information.
To work out whether you have paid the correct tax you need your tax code and details of all taxable income for this tax year.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Ok thank you, that seems to make a bit more sense now! For some reason I thought my current employer had to issue a P60 which showed all income from the last tax year, including other jobs etc! I'll look into getting all my documents together and sending them off to HMRC0
