Form 6.28

My husband and I are going BR next week, just a quick question... Do we both have to fill in the form 6.28 or do we share one? Thanks in advance

You both have to do individual ones. Who has provided your debt/legal advice prior to deciding to go BR?

Hi, yes we have spoken at length twice to step change. We did our SoA jointly so that is why I asked. Obviously the form suggests it is an individual document. My husband doesn't have any income so I'm a bit confused about filling that part in separately. Also our reason for BR is the same, a failed business so the final explanation pages will be the same or similar also. Still a bit confused TBH!

The SoA you just switch the income round for which ever one you are doing. The rest (debts. reasons etc.) you fill in to suit the person you are filling it in for, if the facts are the same then write them down the same.

On section 13 I would make sure to say that you are going BR with your husband and his details and vis a versa to make sure that your cases are kept together.
