Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, but has anyone managed to get the Free Buckley earrings?
The website is giving me all kinds of strange problems - multiples in the shopping basket and when I try to check out its someone elses details on show!

I got that far once, now it seems I have 21 in the basket for the price of 3, in an account for someone called Michelle - thats not me!:(

Well it adds a reasonable number to the basket but i try and reduce it to a normal number and then says basket empty when i apply the code... rinse and repeat

I've had between 8 and 3 in the basket at various discounts but each time I try and correct it or get a delivery price the basket empties entirely.

Or I get this: "There has been an error processing your request", or an Error 503.

I think it's broken

total nightmare trying to get these, shows one pair in cart then at checkout I have had up to 20 pairs! then I cannot remove them, or error page.

Ive been trying for the last 30 minutes. More error messages than I care to remember, 21 earrings in the basket, but then nothing if I edit them. Finally got through to shipping address & it then came up with a name & address for a lady in Tewkesbury! :-/

This is ridiculous. Fair enough they're 'free' but it's pointless if the website can't even do the basics.

Thanks for your feedback. We've been in touch with Buckley and it looks like the site is still struggling because of traffic from MSE. It is currently trying to sort this out.

There's some really nice things on the site but I'm certainly a wee bit hesitant on buying anything not that I can even reach my account any way.
The poppy pin is really pretty I'd prefer that to the paper one any day and I think they give money to the British legion for the sales so all good on that.
Hopefully we might get it sorted my mum and my daughter and I have spent hours trying
