spanish mortgages

i'm looking for a spanish mortgage as i've just bought a flat in spain as an investment/holiday home. i've paid a 50% deposit but i'm hoping to borrow up to 80% of the value and bring some of the cash back to britain to pay of my main mortgage as it is cheaper borrowing out there.
does anyone have any idea where i'll get the best deal? i've tried a couple of brokers but their fees are high. :A

no not at all. sorry for confusion. I'm hoping to reduce my main mortgage by about 20k if i can get a spanish mortgage at 80%. the only link between the two threads is that i would need a degree of flexibility in my main mortgage so as not to incur some redeption penalties.0

There are several lenders that will allow you some flexibility, but I must admit, I am slightly confused as to what you want, where.
As I have to flit in and out between my day job, it might be an attention thing.
