are citibank still doing a free ipod offer through referall?

Hi
A friend of mine has just opened a citibank account she was referred so she got 6 bottles of wine and she said there was an option to receive a free ipod instead of the wine but she couldn't afford to put so much money into her account every month so she had to opt for the wine....she said these two options were only available through referall...
does anyone here have any referalls for citibank?
