My Experian file not upto date (is this a problem)

Hi I just logged back into my experian credit file after like 2 years and i found out that they did not even update my address nor any details oof my electoral roll since my last login. So so far I did some credit check for car loan and got it refused because the lender said the could not trace my address ... i am bit…

That's incorrect- the OP has logged onto Experian before which means they payed to log in this time, hence the report will be upto date!
