just had an order delivered and all the half price offers went thru at full price. rang them and they have refunded the difference but said its not double the difference for on line. Is this right?

My friends husband worked for them and managed to get DTD for online, I'm sure no one else does though.....I've asked before and haven't.

I've never heard of anyone getting DTD online. I was sure it was only instore.0

I've never had double the difference either but online customer service are very good and give a no quibble refund 0
