Stands out like a spam/fraud email in a number of ways.

1 - very poor grammar and unusual use of capitals.
2 - not personalised to you and no name given on sender
3 - copyright is not required in an email and Lloyds & Co do not exist
4 - the compliance warning is not a disclaimer.
5 - They are not members of the FSCS or FOS.
6 - Lloyds Bank plc hasnt existed for over a decade. Lloyds Scotland plc has never existed.

There are probably others but they are the obvious ones. Number 1 & 2 is the key giveaway in any of these. However, the fraudulent emails frequently get the company name and compliance messages wrong.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

I get stuff like that from banks all over the world and they all end up being reported as phishing scams.

One tip though, if you are going to copy an email like that to the forum it would be more helpful if you were to remove all the links rather than just post a warning about them.
