Offshore Pension Funds

I have been working in the Middle east for a few years and started an offshore pension fund with a Jersey-based company. The monthly premium is currently paid from a UAE bank account but I plan on returning to the UK in around 18 months but need to be able to keep the payments up. Usually, once residency is cancelled in GCC countries, bank accounts are frozen or closed.

Can anyone advise of a safe-to-use offshore account that does not require a minimum mega-bucks balance or initial deposit so that I can continue to pay my premium once I have returned to the UK?

I use Standard Life Regular Savings plan which has a minimum of £335ish and was offered Friends Provident Premier Advance with a minimum of £250. I feel you really need to take advice from an IFA, I'm pretty sure only the [STRIKE]latter[/STRIKE] former is transferable to the UK. And even then, not tax free.
