Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anyone else in the Derry/Londonderry area is getting more than the usual disconnections and downtime with Talktalk these last few days.

I certainly am.

Thanks
John

Everything ok in Castlerock today. On fibre, maybe this makes a difference?

Hmmm. That's one of the (many) reasons I left TalkTalk: when I couldn't connect to the internet they advised me to use the online help forum .......

It's a fair point. Although the OP was able to post on this forum so it would suggest he has access to the internet to some degree (most of us have smartphones these days).

The support you receive on the TalkTalk forums is fantastic. I never bother with the phone support because it gets you nowhere.

This is a handy portal for checking to see if there are any known outages - http://www.talktalk.co.uk/service-status/

    Hi Witless,

We offer the TalkTalk Members Forum as an option for support when we engage with customers online. By definition if we engage with a customer on a forum, they are demonstrating some form of access to the internet. As such using the TalkTalk Members Forum provides a matched contact method for these customers to manage their issue and obtain support.
