This competition is open to all entrants aged 18 and over and not employed by MDLF, their families and its agents, or persons directly involved in the administration of this competition. This offer is only applicable in the United Kingdom.

2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must be received prior to 04/06/2007. MDLF cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit. The prize draw will take place on 05/06/2007.

3. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per household. Addresses will be checked.

4. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. MDLF take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.

5. MDLF reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition and prizes at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client.

6. The prizes are as follows:
a) Golf weekend in Vichy
Prize includes 2 nights’ accommodation in a hotel or guest house for 2 people on a bed and breakfast basis, dinner on the first evening, 1 green fee per person per day. First class return train travel from London to Paris and Paris to Vichy with Rail Europe.
Prize valid throughout 2007, arrival Fridays only, subject to availability.
Prize excludes lunch, dinner on day two, drinks, personal expenses, administration fees, cancellation insurance, tourist tax and car hire.
b) A weekend for your taste buds
Prize includes 2 nights for 2 people in a Logis de France hotel (3-chimney rating) on a full board basis, selected tours as outlined in prize description.

c) The Doubs in total freedom – a six night circuit to discover the Doubs area

Return flights for 2 people from London-Stansted to Limoges.

7. All complete entries will be entered into the competition and entry to the competition implies acceptance of any terms and conditions attendant on the prizes. The prizes are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8. The prizes will be awarded to the first names drawn from all entries received. The winners will be notified within 28 days. The judge’s decision will be final. MDLF will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the competition. The decision of MDLF shall be final and legally binding.
