Small intimate venue in Yorkshire or Derbyshire

Does anyone know of any nice small intimate wedding venues for about 25-30 guests in Yorkshire or Derbyshire? Ideally we'd like somewhere that has a civil licence to avoid the cost of transport and would love guests to be able to stop there or nearby.

I'm going to a wedding this year at Danby Castle Yorkshire give that a look.

Might like to have a look at The Priests House at Barden Tower or The Angel Inn, Hetton, Red Lion in Burnsall.

All lovely for small intimate weddings.

Some register offices like Harrogate have nicer rooms than some venues. have a look on some of the local council websites.

They will have links to all licenced venues & photos of register office rooms.

We looked at Crow Hill in Marsden west Yorkshire, gorgeous place for an intimate wedding they have various rooms inside the main house depending on your size of wedding and lovely rooms for the bride and groom and guests to stay in, outside there are cottages for your guests as well. Have a look it really is lovely.

danby is beautiful and kinda in the middle of no where. They have a field next to it that you can camp in but otherwise its a taxi to the nearest B n B

My friend is getting married here shortly, it looks lovely. It has a civil licence and rooms for a small party.

were getting married at grays court York - small boutique hotel with 7 bedrooms (were only having approx 30 day guests), im hopeing weather will stay nice so i can marry outside!

its grade 1 listed and has gardens to it whic is great for york city centre! very pretty there - or it is to me haha x
