Hi
I am in a DRO with 3 network they was not excluded from the debt relief order.
I have looked at the paper work and on the Insolvency Papers the account number shows 2222222 and on 3 Three.co.uk paper works it shows 22222 one number is missing.
How do I stand.

Hi,
The fact that the reference numbers do not match makes no difference, the debt is still included in your DRO. The Insolvency Act in relation to DROs allows such errors to be corrected.

Yes, you could contact the DRO unit in Plymouth with the tel no they have provided to you.
