Employer reluctant to issue payslips

I'm paid fortnightly (BACS directly in bank account). I work for an agency. The pay doesn't alter and the money always goes into my account without any problems. I always check with online banking on payday to make sure it's there :)

However, the agency are so slow in issuing the payslips. I eventually have to text my area supervisor saying we haven't seen any payslips for 6 - 8 weeks to nudge her into action. They then eventually get delivered to the site in a bundle! Gawd knows where they're being kept :/

Is there any employment law which states they should be sent out or delivered within a reasonable time? If so, what is deemed reasonable?

Incidentally, in my other part time job I get my payslip (weekly) the next working day!
