Just wondering if there is anybody working as a Personal Trainer, either self-employed or working for a gym. Keen to know average weekly/monthly earnings

If you're self employed the earning potential is down to you, it's not easy and gaining a solid client base takes years.
Working as employed you wont see as much financial reward but have more security.0 -
Im not a PT, Im a group fitness instructor, wages vary. My brother is a PT but he also works in a gym full time. Its not a well paid industry on the whole but some people do very well.
Also remember on top of the course fees you'll need to pay you might need to factor in travel. Music licence fees as you need a PPL to teach classes, depending on what you are teaching. Yearly insurance and any memberships such as REPS, which isnt always necessary but some people wont let you work in a gym unless you are a REPS member.
Also advertising, flyers, banners etc.0
