Balmoral show at new grounds

Anyone know what parking will be like at the new Balmoral park? I know the tickets are on sale at the minute but not sure if parking will be extra (I'm sure it is) but as there is mention of a shuttle bus I was wondering if there is enough parking at the actual show grounds. I can't seem to find information anywhere. Anyone know?

Looks like parking is £5 per car. Given that the site used to be an airfield there should be masses of parking. I was on the site a few years ago when it was still a barracks/prison and it was huge. (I was on the barracks side before anyone starts asking me for painted hankies).

Pity they had not sorted out the traffic problems and made an extra entrance or two for in and outgoing traffic. Even buses and competitors were stuck for ages in the traffic jams!

Anybody with any sense could have seen it coming months before the show. I made a comment on another thread about the congestion on those local roads and if I can see it coming then the RUAS and Stormont should have too.

Yea they should have thought about all that and had a roads structure in place before moving it I think. Keeping it at the Kings Hall until all was in place might have been a better option :)

Exactly. You can train monkeys to think better than some of them eejits on the hill.
