Now had the third request for everything bar my bra size. Apparently the information provided twice before wasn't good enough. Think I'll include my bra size this time.

Previous ( 2nd attempt ) was via phone. CS rep didn't have a clue, wanted to pass me on to a ''partner'' to discuss options. Me, why, I've just said I have the funds to pay in full on redemption date, him ''so I'll pass you on to our partner to discuss options'' Me ''why'' Round and round.

And the same letter turns up today for the third time.

Seems far easier to just to answer the letter. Than harp endlessly on here about it.

It's been answered twice already. Currently on round three.
