Hi . Just had a phone call about claiming miss-sold mortgages. Company website ; wwwmortgageauditcentre.com They say a new government scheme allows you to reclaim money back if you were not offered the best mortgage rates available.
Slight concern that there is an upfront fee of 150 pound returnable if they don't think you have a case.
Has any one else heard of this reclaim. They sometimes work along side weclaimugain, who I have claimed for me before..

No such scheme exists. It isn't logical that it would either as there is no adviser out there in the market that can offer every provider.Slight concern that there is an upfront fee of 150 pound returnable if they don't think you have a case.
Sounds a bit like all the other schemes that wanted up front money but then went into administration before they had to start refunding it.Has any one else heard of this reclaim.
