I've just bought 50 blank TDK disks on a spindle for £12.99. The price for 25 disks was also £12.99, and the price for 100 was £29.99. Hope this helps someone. The had both plus and minus.
Whoops, just checked the brand and its Phillips not TDK. My DVD burner is a bit temperamental and will only burn onto certain disks, so for me this was a bargain. Thanks for listing the cheaper disks.

It's possible to do far better than that.
£8.48 per 50. However it is possible to get £10.00 back using google checkout for spending over £30.00. There is only a 99p delivery charge from all items that are chosen SVP's 'Discount Delivery' category. This item is one of those items.
Therefore if one wanted to buy 4 x 50 of these discs the price delivered is £24.91 for 200 discs.

These discs are generally well rated.
It is of course possible to order some CDR's instead of 4 lots of DVD.
Just make sure 1 item comes from discounted delivery charge to take advantage of 99p delivery for your whole consignment.0 -
£12.99 for 50 is way over priced.Darren0

I had the same problem with an Optiarc and updated the firmware with no improvement. It seems it is very fussy with old 4x and 8x media and will not produce readable results, but works fine with any faster disks. I'll just have to use my old Pioneer 4x writer until I've used the disks. You should check that your burner has the latest firmware installed. This can sometimes help with that problem
Best disks to use are Panasonic ones made in Japan, i.e. ones with Taiyo Yuden dyes. Riteks are also ok.0
