Halifax Mortgage, Home loan & addition Funds Required

Hi Guys need some advice.
I currently have a mortgage and secured home loan with the Halifax.
Mortgage approx. £90000 and home loan £13000. I'm not fixed into
a mortgage rate, fixed etc. My property is worth approx. £180000 and
I would like to remortgage to a fixed rate deal and add the home loan
to the new deal. Can I do this? and could I also add additional
funds to buy a car, pay off credit card debts (£20000 approx.) as I have equity in my property.

You may well find lenders unwilling to offer a remortgage for the purposes you wish. Days of releasing equity from property akin to a cashpoint machine are over. Lenders will prefer you use a more suitable loan product.
