Tesco think I spend £40 a week? Yeah right!

in Gone off!
I shop at Mr T about once every 3 weeks on average, as its out of my way. In March, I received some MOCs off products and I used these as the items were on various offers. I spent no more than £20.
Today, I have received 1x£6 off £40 and 5x£4 off £40 coupons.
The only time I spend more than £40 in a single transaction in a supermarket is when I buy booze and clothing - mainly at Asda and S and that is about 5 times a year. I live alone and my shopping bills vary from £10 a week to £55 - depending on offers etc. On weeks I spend just a tenner - that's milk, a few reductions and Aldi veg.
So how on earth did Mr T think I spend £40 in a week? Ten weeks, yes.

they are probably trying to get you to up your spend, hence the £400

Very clever marketing. They simply want to make it worth you worth to shop there instead.
But if you are not going to use them i am sure that you will have shortage of takers.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -
They're usually linked to your clubcard so for you only.
It's a good set of vouchers though, worth seeing what's on offer and if there's anything you can stock up on to take adavantage - cupboard/cleaning goods etc.0 -
Giftcards and ill fitting clothes?0

well thats 15% off so if you have the money it could be worth buying the booze you stock up in asda or bulk buying a few deals.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
