Do consumer pulse still exist was with them a few years ago and do you still need a banner to join

Yes it still exists but you need an Invite code to join (search the net for a current one?).

Although this ↓ is an old thread ↓ you could try joining the site recommended and adding the info as suggested - you never know it may promote an invite?
