My 2 year plan with airtricity finishes on the 4th May.. Rang to see what rate they will charge for electric after this date.. They do not have retention rates for NI only for the republic of Ireland customers.. So they sign you up for 2 years and then dont care that you move on.. so do I go back to power NI or Budget? I have no experience of Budget, any advice..?

I moved from Airtricity to Budget back in October, no hassles with them so far and the switch was fairly straight-forward.0

Budget energy has great customer service, no big indian call centres (yet) and its a great price.
Before switching to Budget I called Airtricity, the guy said on the phone 'I have met my quota for this week, can you call back next week?'

When I rang Airtricity they informed me that they do not have retention rates for N.I. customers only ROI, so I have opted for Budget. lets see if they are any good.0
