That's what I do as well. I always manage £25 in a month if I get the target amount everyday. I have saved for £50 a few times.

I would cash out for smaller rewards because at least that way you know the money you have saved so far is safe. You don't save that many SB anyway by saving up for greater rewards e.g. between the £5 and £15 Amazon vouchers you only save 22 SB.

If you're getting any more than £25 a month then you might want to save up for the £15, because you can only get five giftcards per month.

Yeah that's a good point to keep in mind. I personally don't get more than £25 per month so I'm good with 5 x £5 Amazon vouchers.
