    .......

we all know this is a load of rubbish so i'm waiting on a reply to my stating that it still looks strangely like they are restricting who can & can't access the surveys because everyone gets the same demographic boxes as everyone else yet some get through to actually qualify and take surveys and some just get the fob off 'sorry' message without even a chance to qualify even though the same boxes are ticked at the exact same time.
If they had irrelevant demographic boxes there it would always be a long list & not vary much imo rather than the constant changing boxes we get now which are clearly focused on what surveys are available at the time

I sometimes access the surveys at different sites, and the same tick boxes appear (or not appear) at the same time, so it is not SB who decides what tick boxes there are. The tick boxes are directly controled by the survey company and just plugged into the page for what ever site uses their surveys.

Some people may not even get the tickboxes because the survey company has some demographics about you from past surveys taken, and will either directly get taken to a survey or sorry page based on past input... thats why when you have cleared cookies it asks for your email etc. It is the same on all sites that use that survey company from what i can see. The only time i get offered surveys on one site (or even wall on a site) and not others is when the points are different... usually lower. Again normal for survey companies as they they tend to have more lower value ones than higher value ones.... even when you use that survey company direct via email.

Other than when the DS page shows time wise, and the value of the survey, i can not see how it is SB fault. The tick boxes are only a SMALL part of deciding is you get a survey or not. IE. i will never get surveys aimed at 18 year olds or females, as they survey company already knows i am male etc. Tick boxes tend to be for demographics that might change with time such as i have a car, i have children and such, and will depend on what they are looking for on that day, but if you are offered a survey will also depend on what else they already know about you.

I like to bash SB as much as anyone else but in this case i think you are barking up the wrong tree, sorry.
