I am a new Swagbucker. I did a £1 mag for 3 months. It says it tracks immediately, but I haven't had anything several hours later.

I am trying to find out how to query it, but I can't find the page.

Can someone help me please? Thanks.

I think I've found it - on Trial Pay. What you need to do is go to the Trial Pay offer wall and click on 'support' in the top right hand corner. You should get a pop-up window open and on there you should see the Letsubscribe offer listed. Next to it you will see 'contact support'. Click on that then fill in the details. If you have an email confirming the subscription, take a print screen of it as you will need to use that as proof of completing the offer. Good luck
