I've just had the same problem. I clicked refresh in the hope that the letters would appear but of course the video just restarted and the SBTV counter went back to zero. I watched another 10 videos hoping that that was just a glitch but the same thing happened again.:(0 -
Ok I've got ds tick boxes ticked this morning yet its still telling me there aren't any surveys for me, I've come out & tried again & got the same result but surely if they didn't have any for me there wouldn't be any demographics tick boxes ticked
Edit, now working for me- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
