Normally when I get hair care ones there is a question that asks what are you concerned with, greasy hair, split ends etc etc..I normally concerned with everything! But I am not sure what else they judge it by.

TS's are really doing my head in last couple of days, been offered a few, but not been able to do one. 63SB one was closed - so why don't they clear them from the system?
