I finally made it to 849 points after weeks of no surveys, and went to order an Amazon gift voucher. Rather than the usual email verification I had a choice of text or postcard. It declared my mobile phone number to be incompatible so now I have to wait 7 days for them to send me an actual, physical postcard. Seriously?????

Yes, it's a one off thing that everyone has to do to verify their account. The text message system doesn't work for most people in this country - it was raised with Swagbucks on facebook but apparently their technical department aren't technical enough to be able to do anything about it. I can't believe that in this day and age they have to resort to postcards, but I guess it's cheaper and easier than having to find a proper solution to the problem. I believe the postcards take about 10 days to arrive and then you should be able to carry on ordering giftcards as normal

I only needed 20 so thought I would wait up for the casino tasks as I was on 12/20 so only needed 2. The first one froze up my computer. I did a further two but I am still on 12/20 and the next one I tried is broken. Very frustrating so I am going to give it up as a bad job.

Tasks aren't crediting - there's lots of complaints on the crowdflower support forum :(
