I have also been getting this message for the last couple of weeks and I e mailed Swagbucks customer support to ask them why. They replied informing me that Sponsorpay has deactivated the wall and they didn't know why. They included a link for me to contact Sponsorpay but clicking on the link I get the message 'your session has expired'.
I have emailed CS back to ask if they can investigate, on my behalf, why the wall has been deactivated. Still awaiting a reply. Will let you know when/if I hear anymore.

After a month of no access a few days ago I contacted Swagbucks via Facebook and hey presto today I have access again!:j:j:j. Probably shouldn't speak too soon though! Hope everyone else is back up and running.

Well that's rubbish from sponsorpay, I have never taken up any of their offers and haven't been able to access it for weeks.

SponsorPay works for me, my brother sometimes gets offers and when he tries it says this offer is not relevant to you.


Hope people get it sorted.
