Urgh being messed about by R1 customer support reported an offer for not crediting, sent a print screen straight after. They email me back saying to send them a print screen so i send it again and now they're saying i've to do this for Windows users:
1. open “Program files” folder which is located on your C:/drive
2. open the folder with your installed software there
3. find “exe.” file, press on it with your mouse right click, press properties->General

Extremely frustrated as in the print screen i sent had the download opened up and showed it in my startup menu.

Anyone had experience with referrels? I sent my mum an email and I know shes started it (although I think shes only on 15 points lol) but it says I havn't refered anyone yet.

It took a while for anyone i referred to show up check again tomorrow.

Is anybody else getting the TS for 63sb show up and then when you click they say it's not open anymore. 4-6 keep appearing, i click on them and then i get the message they aren't open anymore. They disappear and then reappear again a few minutes later but are still not open.

anyone do the PL survey on hire car where you had to go to website? How long did it take to credit?

Yes I had about 4 of them. I completed one and it credited, but when I went back they were all gone. I waited a few mins and 2 were there, but closed. They haven't come back, but since Friday I keep being told there is a 100SB TS there that isn't. Just did an email survey that I hope will credit at some point (they often credit late) and am at target from a 63TS and a DS and games so that's it for me I think. Will there be another swag code later?
