Cheaper but I couldn't see max weight on ebay - ikea boasts a good 120kg, which still could fail imo (not suggesting you're heavy but factor in your weight plus any children jumping on when you're dozing + rust/wear.)
Not exactly moneysaving in the shortterm but could save money and your spine later!
We have a local steel fabricator who would be able to weld a bombproof frame for a surprisingly low price - you might have to paint it but could be made to exact specs and will last forever (and re-sale at full/close price after a lick of paint!) Suggest a mix of welded joints and well placed s/steel bolts + nylocs, easy partial dismantle = easy transport0
