A true signed copy of the consumer credit agreement, from when the account was opened.
If they can't provide one the debt is unenforceable until they do, someone ( probably Fermi;)) can Point you to the template for the request letter, you would need to send a fee of £1 postal order not cheque as they might lift your signature off it. Don't sign the letter either.
There are different rules if it was opened before April 2007 which I don't fully understand sorry, but they might be to your advantage.
