I am wanting to crystalise people's converse, how to advertise?

Options
I have been advertising on local Facebook pages and have had no one interested! Most people do it for £30 and I'm saying £15 but no one is interested how can I advertise x

Maybe explain exactly what it is so people know what you are talking about?
    I haven't the foggiest.

Try using the spelling and grammar checks before posting? Not wanting to be rude, but when I'm looking to use a service I find badly written English offputting. If there's no attention to detail in the advert, then that's not giving me confidence in the attention to detail in the product.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Hi Jade , There is a huge market for handcrafted items on Twitter, so there is no reason you cant do well. I would try to do a giveaway on Twitter, it is a great way of getting yourself known. There is a group of lovely supportive crafting ladies over there called #twittersisters

Hope this helps, also try wearing your own 'pimped':rotfl: converse everywhere you go, and people will ask. This is how my lil sis started with her gorgeous bracelets, and she is doing very well indeed. Don't be put off or down by anyone. You will get there in the end.
I appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A

For gods sake. USE GOOGLE. Or hire yourself a nice PR person, maybe do a course in marketing (coursera do some free ones), but its not that hard to say I will give X away when I get X followers is it.

    Hi Jade,

I have 2 facebook business pages one selling my own handmade crafts and one selling craft supplies such as ribbons, buttons, glue etc. The first page i set up 2 years ago and the second the beginning of this year. Both are extremely busy but it takes a lot of networking to get yourself known. On facebook alone there are millions of pages and you have to keep networking to get yourself remembered once you do that you then look to get repeat customers. I had my first page probably 6 months before i got a sale on it but i kept on working hard posting on networking pages such as i run a small business, supermums craft fair etc and now i average between 100-350 orders a month - i still network dailythough!!. I now have a website selling my items but again i have to constantly network and post on other pages and introduce myself.
I'm sure you will get there if you keep at it but be prepared to network daily and work hard to get yourself known.

Hope this helps a bit and keep at it :-) xxx
