Fortnum & Mason Hamper Prize Draw
1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18 except employees of Royal Mail Group Ltd, their families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person and one entry per person per organisation will be accepted.
3. Entries should be submitted via the online entry form at www.parcelforce.com/classic
4. No purchase necessary. To enter, fully complete the online entry form at www.parcelfroce.com/classic
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
6. All entries must be received on or before 31st August 2013. All entries received after this date will not be accepted.
7. The prize: There is one Fortnum & Mason Hamper up for grabs.
8. The winner: There will be one winner who will be chosen by a random draw on Wednesday 4th September 2013 which will be supervised by an independent observer.
9. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn.
10. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date by telephone, email or letter.
11. The winner will have 14 days within which to confirm acceptance of their success, otherwise a different winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries.
12. The names and county of the winner will be made available on or after Thursday 19th September 2013 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Marketing, Parcelforce Worldwide, 25 Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, MK7 8LE.
13. Where applicable, participants of the draw should seek permission from their organisation before entering.
