Could anyone tell me where to buy cheap salmon? The cheapest I've seen so far is MORRISONS wild Alaskan pink salmon, 213g for £1.49 - thanks.

    Equals 70p per 100grams.

    Asda 418grams for £2.17 equals 52p per 100grams

    I get it from Aldi. For a 213g i paid £1.09 last week.

    Agree with A Badger. Would also add I enjoy both. Fresh Salmon when half price and Aldi tinned salmon excellent quality and price.

    Because it has 10x more flavour than the farmed pellet fed rubbish that most outlets sell and is wild fish !

    I agree with A Badger, it is obvious why some people choose to eat tinned salmon. If you don't like tinned salmon why are on this thread? You certainly haven't added anything productive with your post.
