    It was a really bad time for all in the banking sector. We were suddenly public enemy number one, being blamed for everything, whereas in reality we were suffering as much as everyone else, probably even more

    I was made redundant in late 2009, but I'd had enough by then, and I never wanted to work at Lloyds anyway!

    I was able to take a pension as part of my redundancy settlement, and have now got a part time job in the charity sector.

    It has turned out positively for me, and my former colleagues have found jobs if they wanted them.some have opted for full retirement

    But I wouldn't want to relive the years 2007 to 2009!

    I am so glad that the change was positive for you GG, and you're now doing something that you enjoy and makes you happy ... lot to be said for those lucky enough to be in that situ ... ;)

    Whilst we on MSE are able to benefit from your insider knowledge and experience ... :) .... good job all round I'd say !!
