Opinions on Expansys?

My Mum's thinking about getting a laptop from Expansys. I'd be interested to know if anyone's had good or bad experiences with this company?

Hi,

Not bought from them recently, but they were 100% reliable in the past, and they have been around a long time.

Not particularly cheap, in my opinion though.

They are a large company and the service is very good. Don't buy from them often as they aren't generally the cheapest.

Well known, well respected. Site is great for info.
But their web-site isn't very up-to-date with stock levels (e.g. their deal of the day)
Also don't bother trying to collect from them, pay for delivery.
(their store-pickup system is very poor)
