Banrock Station Win A National Trust Cottage Break & 1,000 Single Use Family National Trust Free Entry Tickets

1. This free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of Accolade Wines Limited, or the National Trust, their families and agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter the competition, visit the competition page at www.facebook/banrockstationwine and vote for the National Trust animal nature project that you would like to be awarded the largest share of the Banrock Station £100,000 fund. You may re-enter the draw every day using the same code for multiple entries into the prize draw.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 28 February 2014. The monthly prize draws will close for entry at 23:59 on the last Friday of the month. Your entry is valid for every monthly prize draw.
6. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.
7. Only one entry per Facebook user is allowed per day.
8. Prize details: There are 10 winner prizes and 1,000 runner up prizes. Each of the 10 winners will receive a prize which is a National Trust Weekend Cottage Break up to the value of £450. Each of the runners up will receive a prize which is one single use Family National Trust Free Entry Pass ("Ticket" or "Tickets").
9. Each National Trust Weekend Cottage Break prize winner will be entitled to a short break of their choice subject to availability from the National Trust Holiday Cottages Brochure 2013 up to the value of £450 (excluding peak periods detailed in clause 12 below).
11. The competition winners may extend their cottage stay for the advertised price of the cottage by paying any extra fees over and above the £450 limit.
12. To redeem the National Trust Weekend Cottage Break prize, the cottage holiday must be booked by the winner and completed on or before 28 February 2015. Bookings may not be made for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays. The prize shall be subject to availability at the time of booking.
13. The National Trust's standard terms and conditions of a holiday booking apply to the National Trust Weekend Cottage Break prize - see the National Trust Holiday Cottages Brochure 2013 or the National Trust website for details. To check availability visit www.nationaltrustcottages.co.uk.
14. The prize does not include any extras. For the avoidance of doubt, excluded extras will include, but not be limited to, charges for dogs, charges for any outdoor activities such as horse riding, or costs associated with travel to and from the cottage location.
15. Each runner up prize of a single use Family free entry ticket which gives either two adults and two children under 18, or 1 adult and three children under 18, one free entry to any National Trust property during published opening times, excluding those listed below:

16. Tickets are not valid at any museums or other sites operated by National Trust Partners.
17. Tickets must be surrendered upon admission and are not transferable against the cost of membership.
18. Photocopies will not be accepted.
19. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other National Trust offer.

21. Tickets are not valid at National Trust events where a separate charge is made.
22. Tickets are not valid on Bank Holidays or Bank Holiday weekends.
23. Tickets can be used by either two adults and two children under 18, or 1 adult and three children under 18.
24. Tickets must be used by 31 December 2014.
25. The prizes are subject to terms and conditions imposed by the National Trust.
26. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
27. The winners and runners up will be randomly selected in the presence of an independent adjudicator and notified by email within 7 days of the end of each monthly prize draw and their prizes must be claimed within one month from the date of first notification.
28. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners and runners up, however if the prize is not claimed by this date, alternative winners will be selected from all the remaining valid entries received by the closing date.
29. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
30. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
31. For the prize draw winners name and county of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope after 31 March 2014 marked "Banrock Station Win National Trust Weekend Cottage Break & 1,000 Family Tickets" to Accolade Wines Ltd, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.
32. The Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the prize draw and consent to their names, photographs and entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter. By entering the promotion, participants agree to give the Promoter and its group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of the entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the promotion and by entering the promotion participants agree to the Promoter transferring their data to promotional partners to enable the awarding of winning prizes.
33. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties in relation to this promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
