Just knocked my iron onto the floor

I've just knocked my iron off the ironing board and it's got a huge crack down the side. I'm on holiday at the weekend and I've got a massive pile of ironing to do before I go

Please, someone......what's the best iron to buy? I need to get one today or tomorrow and have easy access to a big town and an out-of-town retail park with a number of different shops (Freeport).

Tried changing the fuse inside the plug? Sometimes this can fix the problem.

Thanks but the fuse isn't the problem, it's the massive crack in the casing

Not to worry, perhaps the fairies will come in and iron for me while I'm on holiday

Not sure whether you bought an iron? But I bought the Philips Azur and love it, good reviews all over I got mine for £50.
