help 24,000 missing

i signed up with baines and ernst 11yrs ago i had debts of 32,000 i paid every payment untill 2008 as that was when they contacted me and said i had to pay for a further 11yrs this would have made the total repayable 106,000 the intrest was frozen in 2002 so why do i start with a debt of 32,000 and would have ended up paying 106,000 i contacted the CAB they couldnt get to the bottom of it but they discovered that there was 24,000 missing no trace of ware it had gone i left the company and employed a debt and insolvancy practitioner i was paying them a fixed amount as they said they had contacted all my debts and arranged payments they had also apparently contacted bains and ernst received all the paperwork off them and were sorting out ware my money had gone my debts were going to be written off as i had paid so much ect ect i now cannot contact the debt practitioner i have looked at my credit file and all they have done is moved my debt to another adress and kept my money paid none of my debt i am contacting the police as i have paid 22,470 to this person in fees over the years but who could i go to for help to get some answers off bains and ernst as i am told off them they have no records for me because this practitioner apparently has them i have bank stats proving ware all the payments went i just do not no whare to turn please can some one help thankyou

why have you not been dealing with a free debt charity. sound like you have been conned twice. dont make it a 3rd time

Are you currently making payments to the creditors?

If no, when did you last make a payment, either directly or through a third party?

Are your creditors harassing you?

Is this guy still trading?

See what the police say but you may find trading standards more interested.
