Can healthcare professionals be bankrupt (discharged or undischarged) and keep their job?
I know I'll get told to check the contract but I wondered if anyone could answer from a personal experience point of view.

No idea from personal experience, Bakey, but can`t see why you should have a problem unless there is a financial role.

In the 7 months since my BR I have read a lot of info on a lot of sites/forums, and I cannot remember ever seeing it as a problem.
However, I can't say for sure.

I've posted something on a similar thread already.
Make an anonymous call to the HR department. That way your mind is at rest straightaway.0 -

Jesus, I hope so!
I can't see why it would affect anything, unless maybe they are a budget holder. Happily I'm not so my job doesn't take me anywhere near money!
Maybe we both need to make an anon call to HR though.0 -
Call your union as well. If your job involves visiting clients in their homes or handling their money for them in any way (eg like CPNs who do home visits to clients, or acting as an appointee for them), then there might be an issue.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."
