anyone help

i have debts of around £22,000 which i currently pay pay plan £220 per month. the largest debt being 14,ooo to bank of scotland which have passed it to blair oliver and scott.
not having consulted any solicitor and not getting any answer from cab or pay plan what is the worst case scenario they can do?, i will gladly pay the thru pay pal £120 per month but how long will they take this?, and every 6 months when the arrangement is renewed after them trying their hardest for me to pay it off or get a loan!!! ( cant get anything).
if it were to go to say court how would they look upon me for keeping payments up to date for over 2 years, i appreciate it will take 10 years to pay off, anyone out there had long term payments as again no one can tell me how long banks etc are willing to wait
every 6 monts when they want a new financial statement i wish they would directly consult pay plan as i dread the postman
any advice on any points appreciated
douglas
p.s payplan whom i am with are also a nightmare. i send them the 6 monthly letter from companies and they recieve nothing ( allegedly) from pay plan , is this a bank ploy as sometimes it takes several months for them to recieve letters, i seem to make phonecalls galore to both p plan and bank to see if each have sent/heard anything, it seems that i am dealing with everything!!

Do you have to stay with Payplan? My OH is with CCCS (although I arranged it all for him - long story) and they have been nothing but helpful, I can't reccommned them highly enough.
Sorry I can't help with your original query though.

I am not very experienced but you need to call CCCS and National Debtline. I did both and CCCS couldn't help me but National Debtline are absolutly brilliant (in my opinion), google them both and try them both. Are you in Scotland?

You also need to request a copy of your contract since B,O and S have taken on your debt, I will pm you about this.
